Prominent Likuyani blogger Rich Feddy has officially announced his departure from the political camp of Likuyani MP Innocent Mugabe, bringing an end to a journey he says began during the campaign period.In an official statement, Rich Feddy said he had been a loyal supporter of Mheshimiwa Mugabe and had worked closely with members of the camp, including the media team, colleagues and other supporters.
“I have been a die-hard supporter of Mheshimiwa Mugabe since the campaign period. I have worked with a great team of people, and I want to take this opportunity to thank Mheshimiwa, the entire media team, my colleagues and the entire support system,” Rich Feddy said.
The blogger said that during his time in the Mugabe camp, he had interacted with people from different political sides in Likuyani, describing such engagements as part of his work.He noted that the journey had enabled him to build friendships and relationships with many people across the constituency.
However, Rich Feddy indicated that a new political chapter was now opening in his life.
“Kilicho na mwanzo hakikosi mwisho,” he said, suggesting that his time in Team Mugabe had reached its conclusion.Rich Feddy then made his position clear, officially confirming that he was no longer a member of Team Mugabe.
“Lastly, I am officially out of Team Mugabe, and whenever I will land, nitawaambia,” he stated.
His announcement has sparked speculation about his next political destination, with indications that the outspoken blogger could be headed towards the opposition side as political realignments begin taking shape ahead of the 2027 General Election.
While Rich Feddy has not publicly disclosed the specific opposition camp he intends to join, his statement suggests that an official announcement could be made soon.For now, one thing is clear, Rich Feddy has ditched the Mugabe camp, and a new political chapter awaits the Likuyani blogger.
